Uptown Records 發行過不少不錯的老錄音，很多都令人會相當有興趣，我想爵士樂唱片的發行，沒有所謂新舊的發行，多年後來看這樣的老錄音，依舊仍會吸引人想來一聽究竟的。
現在正在聽 HighNote 於 2000年發行，於 1974年由 Onyx Records 所發行的錄音：

這張是 Lester Young 於 1956.11 的錄音，錄音相當糟糕，即使經過重刻，也像是風衣版的唱片，不過卻一點不減總統的風味，只有舒緩，沒有太多的激情，更可專心聽聽總統吹奏出來的薩克斯風。
