Digitally remastered and expanded edition of this 1959 album (appearing here for the first time on CD) including bonus tracks. In addition to Hodges, many important figures from the Ellington band are also featured here, including Clark Terry, Ray Nance, Billy Strayhorn and Paul Gonsalves. A complete rarely heard Hodges octet session from the same period and with very similar personnel has been added as a bonus. 16 tracks. Poll Winners. 2010.

 這張也是號稱首度 CD 化，但這張也收錄在 Fresh Sound 剛發行的 Johnny Hodges and the Ellington Men 1956 - 1957 (2CD)，前強尼先生"新"發片片可參考拙文Johnny Hodges 的 Fresh Sound 新片 ，趁今天 CD Connection 有特價，跟上次提到Roy Eldridge And Benny Carter : Urbane Jazz，也是有特價，兩者售價不貴，兩片就連同其他張唱片一起訂了。
